The Founders Day Committee has blocked rooms at a special rate for Sorors attending the Nevada Statewide Founders Day. The Signature is 4 miles away (14 minute drive) to the UNLV Student Union.

 

The Signature is a quieter place to stay within steps of the Las Vegas Strip. An all-suite, casino-free resort, each of the towers feature their own private pool, including an adults-only pool. Reservations may be booked through one of the following methods:

The cutoff date to book a reservation is February 20, 2025 at 11:59 PM -- the booking link will expire and rooms will no longer be available at the contracted rates. ​Please have credit card details readily available as a deposit will be collected in the amount of first night’s room rate and tax. ​​​

By booking a reservation with MGM Resorts, you agree to the following terms:

  • Room rates and availability are limited

  • Standard Check-In: 3:00 PM

  • Standard Checkout: 11:00 AM

  • Guests must be 21+ to check-in

  • A Daily Resort Fee, plus applicable taxes, will be added to your reservation at check-in.

  • There is an additional charge per night, per occupant above two per room, regardless of age.

  • A deposit of the first night's room & tax is required at time of booking.

  • Estimated taxes are based on current tax rates (subject to change as permitted by applicable law). Additional taxes, if any will be due upon check-in.

  • Every effort to accommodate special requests will be made, but we are unable to guarantee them as rooms are not assigned until check-in. Additional fees may apply depending on the specific requests.

  • All cancellations require 72 hours notice to cancel and receive a refund of deposit.

  • Your reservation is subject to the terms of your group contract, and the Standard Hotel Terms & Conditions. Additional terms may apply.

  • MGM Resorts International reserves the right to cancel or modify all applicable terms & conditions at its discretion and without prior notice.
