All sales are final - non-refundable.  Ticket sales end October 1, 2026.  Tickets are non-transferrable after October 1, 2026.

Tables of 10 Guests 

If you and your guests would like to sit together at a table, payment must be made in one lump sum for 10 tickets ($1,000) and your guest list must be emailed to Verna Stringer (stringerverna@gmail.com) no later than October 1, 2026. (no exceptions). It is not permitted for individuals to pay for tickets separately and then notify us that guests should sit together at a table.​

Get Your Meal Table # at the Onsite Registration Desk

Once you get onsite, visit the Registration Desk to get your TABLE #.
