Vendor Registration

The vendor fee is $175 which includes...

  • (2) 6' banquet tables

  • (2) chairs

We are requesting each Vendor to donate an item for the raffle. Please have your raffle item ready by 8:30 AM on the day of the event, February 28, 2026.

​

The schedule is as follows for Saturday, February 28, 2026...

  • 6:00 AM Room is available for load-in/set-up (please bring your own carts to transport items)

  • 9:00 AM Complete set-up

  • 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM Vendor Marketplace open

  • 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM Rededication Ceremony

  • 10:45 AM - 2:00 PM Founders Tribute Lunch

  • 2:30 PM - 5:00 PM Strike

  • Place your logo on the Vendor section of the Founders Day website

  • Post your logo on the LVAC social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram)

  • Place your logo in the Souvenir Journal

  • Verbally recognize your company at the Founders Tribute Lunch

The submission deadline is January 31, 2026.

  1. Fill out the Vendor Registration Form.  Upload ad/logo via the form.

  2. Pay for your ad...​

Make the check payable to: Las Vegas Alumnae Chapter. Write on the memo line: Founders Day Vendor.

Print the form that you filled out above.
